We first hired John for an estimate to repair some stonework that had fallen off the side of our house. His estimate was the most reasonable and included sealing the rest of the exterior stone. This quickly turned into hiring him and his team for additional work, including major foundation work that was necessary, as well as chimney repointing. He was communicative, on time, clean and thorough. Our house is OLD and we trusted his judgement 100%. Our basement no longer floods and we have no more worries of an old chimney crashing down on the house! Thanks to John and his team for their honest, hard and professional work.

I contacted Millbrook when I realized that the stone foundation in my 100 year old hose was pulling away from the wall. He came by the day and had a crew here the next day. The crew was great. They repairing all the walls inside and out and sealed them. They also added new steel support posts. I would recommend the Millbrook crew to anyone who needs masonry repair.

Excellent service, fast response. We had issues with water getting into the basement, just started happening a few days ago, gave John a call and he was out with us in less than 2 hours. After a quick look at the basement wall, he spotted the problem and the next day the entire team came over and had it fixed the same day. I only wish other company's were just as efficient! Millbrook Masonry did a fantastic job at our house! We found them by their website and are more than satisfied. We needed to have our brick front porch repaired and a new front walkway. We were so happy with the result that we also had our foundation resurfaced and our two chimneys repointed. John was extremely responsive and easy to work with and the crew was great. The work was started on time and finished in a few days. The price was reasonable and exactly what was quoted. So glad that we found John and Milbrook. Highly recommend!

We had John and his team repair, point and redo the flashing of both the chimneys at our 1962 colonial. We had been having some water leaking one of them while the other was showing sign of age such as cracks and some loose bricks. His team was did an excellent job on the repairs and were courteous and kept the construction area clean. John is a good communicator and was very responsive. Very happy with Millbrook!

I had a chimney leak that no one could figure out. I had Millbrook come out and figure out what was happening immediately. The workers came the following week did the work and the leak finally stopped. The work took 3 days with complicated scaffolding over my slate roof. I was very impressed with their operation and happy with the work provided.

This company is top notch! We used John and his crew to put in a driveway and retaining wall for us! What an exquisite job! First off, his crew was extremely punctual Talk about hardworking His crew worked together like clockwork and created a gorgeous driveway for us. The retaining wall was masterfully put together perfectly! This takes skill and an eagle eye to piece together the beautiful concrete blocks. John and his team oversaw the job and checked in with suggestions to make it excellent. Both are honest and very kind!
